The Meisner Technique emphasizes building an actor’s core foundation and capacity for authentic response through consistent, repetitive practice. This course guides students to let go of social habits, learn to listen and respond, and trust their instinctive impulses. It’s not about “acting” — it’s about living truthfully in the moment. In each exercise, actors learn to embody their roles and emotions with authenticity.

Class A: Every Mon, Wed 14:00-17:00

Class B: Every Tue 19:00-22:00 & Sat 10:00-13:00

The second year of training focuses on character-driven performance exploration and advanced script work. We introduce a series of practical tools, such as building performances from the character’s point of view, creating a deep connection with the character’s core, and developing “obstacles” through voice and movement that enhance realism. These tools help actors consciously shape intuitive responses, allowing them to enter character more naturally and maintain their role across various imagined circumstances, resulting in layered, expressive performances.
